About Me
Hello, I'm Faith
I have spent most of my working life alongside people at some of the most difficult and tender points in their lives. Faith, meditation and an inner knowing were already part of my life when, in 2013, they led me to Tantra. I have been studying Tantra ever since, because Tantra is a journey rather than a destination. Over the years it has become the way I understand what it means to be alive.
This page is my attempt to bring those two parts of my story together honestly, because they are not separate. The years I have spent supporting people, and the years I have spent exploring Tantra, meditation and my own spiritual path, both shape the way I meet you today.
Where I come from
Twenty seven years of working with people
For approximately 27 years I have worked in the public sector, including mental health, trauma, sexual harm and complex needs. Much of that time has been spent with people whose lives have been shaped by experiences that are hard to put into words.
My work has also reached beyond direct support. I have been involved in supervision, including developing supervision models for trauma informed practice, and I have experience of projects, services and organisational development. I have postgraduate training relevant to sexual harm, trauma, complex needs and mental health.
I mention this not as a list of credentials, and not because Tantra is a clinical treatment. It is not, and I do not offer it as one. I mention it because those years have taught me a great deal about people: about vulnerability and resilience, about the importance of boundaries, about how differently each of us carries our emotions, and about how complicated and beautiful human lives can be. That understanding comes with me into every conversation and every session. Helping people has always been an innate part of who I am. I have always been naturally drawn to it, and have an ability to bring through wisdom and guidance for people in times of trauma, crisis and upheaval.
How Tantra found me
Faith, meditation and an inner knowing
Tantra did not arrive in my life out of curiosity. By 2013 I already had a foundation of faith and a regular practice of meditation, and alongside them an inner knowing that I have learned to trust: a quiet certainty that comes from somewhere deeper than thought. That knowing is hard to describe to anyone who has not felt something similar, and I do not expect everyone to share it. But it is real to me, and it is what drew me towards Tantra.
When I began to explore Tantra in 2013, it felt less like discovering something new and more like recognising something I already knew. The teachings gave language and form to what meditation and faith had been showing me for years: that the body, the mind and the spirit are not separate, and that life is meant to be felt as well as understood.
My years in the public sector were running alongside all of this. Working with trauma, mental health, sexual harm and complex needs, and supervising others in trauma informed practice, taught me how deeply experience lives in the body, and how carefully safety, consent and boundaries must be held. Tantra and that professional understanding grew up side by side in me, and each has shaped the other.
In time, that led me to train further in Tantra Massage with Lynn Paterson, founder of One Heart Tantra in Scotland. Our connection has continued well beyond that training. Lynn and I collaborate regularly, sharing practice, ideas and our experience of this work, and she remains an important part of both my professional and my spiritual journey. I value the wisdom, integrity and heart she brings to Tantra, and the space we create when we work together.

What Tantra means to me
Tantra: a way of feeling life
For me, Tantra is not simply a massage, a technique or something that only happens during a session. It is a way of experiencing life through awareness, conscious breathing, sensation, connection and presence.
So much of modern life is spent in our minds. We revisit the past, anticipate the future, analyse ourselves and try to become something different. Tantra offers a way back to the experience of being alive: to feel rather than constantly analyse, and to reconnect with what is already within us.
Meditation and conscious breathing are woven through everything I offer. They are not a warm up before the real experience. They are the experience, and they are also the part that comes home with you. Noticing the breath while waiting for a kettle to boil, feeling your feet on the ground on a difficult day, pausing before you react: this is where Tantra begins to become part of ordinary living.
You can't create yourself; you already are yourself.

My spiritual journey
The Great Mother, Source and love
My spiritual journey is part of who I am, and it would feel dishonest to leave it out. Over the years I have developed a growing relationship with the wisdom of the Great Mother, and I continue to explore Source, love, life force and the relationship between the Divine Feminine and the Divine Masculine.
I share this as my own understanding and lived experience. It is not something I expect anyone else to believe, and it is not something that can be proven scientifically. You are very welcome to explore meditation or Tantra with me without sharing any of it.
One of the most important things I have come to understand is that love can become an inner compass: for how we relate to ourselves, to other people and to the world. My interest is not in collecting spiritual experiences or handing people another set of ideas. It is in how we begin to live what we discover, through greater presence, connection and compassion, and through the choices we make in ordinary life.
I do not see the Divine Feminine and Masculine as descriptions of women and men. For me, they are complementary qualities and energies that live within all of us: stillness and movement, awareness and feeling, the witnessing of life and the living of it.
How it comes together
Not separate identities
My years of working with people have given me a great deal of practical knowledge about human behaviour, emotional complexity, trauma, relationships and the challenges people live with. My Tantra and spiritual journey have opened another dimension: a way of experiencing connection, awareness, the body and the present moment.
Neither makes the other unnecessary. Professional experience does not make anyone spiritually wiser, and spiritual experience does not replace practical understanding. What matters to me is how they meet. It is in that meeting that I hope people feel both safe and free to simply be themselves.
The work I offer today
Individual, never formulaic
Today my work includes Neo Tantra Massage, Spiritual Tantra, online experiences, training and bespoke journeys.
Some people come to me looking for a deeply meditative bodywork experience. Others are exploring intimacy, body confidence, emotional awareness, spiritual connection, or how to bring Tantra into everyday life. I approach each person as an individual. The intention is never to make you into someone else, but to offer an opportunity to reconnect with yourself.
I also offer experiences that are arranged individually through discussion, and I may travel where it is suitable. Not every experience is available in every location, and travel is not included in the standard prices, so please do get in touch to talk it through.
The intention is to reconnect with yourself, not to create an intimate relationship with the person guiding the experience.
Beyond my work
Where I feel most alive
Away from my practice, I find the same sense of connection in simple things. I am happiest outdoors, in nature, and in the company of animals. Swimming and dance bring me straight back into my body. I love plants and what they quietly teach about growth and patience, and I am endlessly moved by sound, especially the deep resonance of gongs and the rhythm of drumming.
These are not separate from my spiritual life. They are where it happens. They remind me, again and again, that life force is something to be felt rather than simply understood.
